In Análisis informatizado de textos, Guillermo Rojo presents a set of commands available mainly in Unix/Linux systems, and accessible from their command line, which allow textual materials to be processed to facilitate the extraction, modification, and systematization of data in linguistic and philological research. The book's didactic approach is based on presenting commands illustrated with progressive complexity, their pertinent application to the analysis of examples of literary fragments and lexical frequencies files obtained from online Spanish corpora, and the proposal of exercises for autonomous learning. The work is of interest to students, young researchers, or others already trained who, with little or no experience in computational techniques, wish to enrich their research practices by incorporating tools closely linked to the methods and problems inherent to Corpus Linguistics and Computational Linguistics.
