Abstract

The review addresses the contributions of La deixis by Sergio Etkin, of special interest for those who are beginning to analyze discourse and for teachers in the area. The contents of each chapter are synthesized, which review the history of the notion of deixis in different areas, the classifications and forms of analysis. The text rephrases the main linked concepts and considers the relationships that the book proposes between deixis and other problems in the field of discourse.
